LLB Receives Key to the City

With nearly 100 alumni, friends and supporters in attendance, Leadership Long Beach became the first nonprofit organization to receive the Key to the City from Mayor Robert Garcia (LLBI ’03) on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 before the city council session.  Along with Carmen Perez, the first Latina to serve on the Harbor Commission, Board President Ryan Rayburn (LLBI ’13) and LLB Executive Director Jeff Williams (LLBI ’08) accepted the honor for the organization, thanking all of the alumni who have given principled leadership abilities and skills to making the city better.

COVID-19 UPDATE
Based upon current conditions we have placed our Institute program on hiatus, until 2021.  We will resume Executive Program this Spring. Our award winning youth program will continue this Fall in an online format.
We recognize that leadership is needed now more than ever.  As we adapt to our current environment, we will provide additional updates.
