Who Should Participate?

The program is designed for executive leaders of Long Beach organizations and companies. The program’s group size is kept small to provide more interaction and create meaningful discussions.

How Will I Benefit From Participating?

ELS provides relevant and meaningful information on Long Beach government, business, and community through presentations and discussions with leaders who are shaping the city’s future. The program provides an opportunity to build connections and access to a network of city leaders and professionals that would normally take years to cultivate.

What Is The 2018 Program Schedule?

The cohort will meet once a week for six consecutive weeks.  Class sessions will begin at 1:00 pm and will include a class networking dinner, ending no later than 8:00 pm.  Each session is held in a different location around Long Beach to build connections within the community.

Community Service Activity

The team will also participate in a group community service activity during the course of the program.
