The 2019 Executive Leadership Series had the largest group of executives in the program’s history.  The program had 20 high-achieving executives from the public, private and nonprofit sectors meet for six consecutive weeks at a variety of locations around Long Beach.  With the initial guidance from Kandice Taylor-Sherwood (EQS ’15), the 2019 ELS program was led by Olivia Maiser (LLBI ’09/ELS ’18) following a strengths-based leadership development curriculum that connected the executives to their strengths and connected them to each other.
