The Wine Bar was packed and the event got crashed by a late arriving alumnus! 

After a successful class session day at City Hall, the LLBI Class of 2020 and LLB alumni had the Leadership Connections event at The Wine Bar located at 250 W. Ocean Blvd on Monday, March 2nd. Prospective applicants for the upcoming programs were able to hear from LLB Board President-elect Drew Schneider (LLBI ’17), Alma Castro (LLBI ’16) and Jason Lehman (LLBI ’16) as well as current class participant Daniel Ihlenfeldt (LLBI ’20).  Another highlight of the evening was the appearance by Mayor Robert Garcia (LLBI ’03) who spoke a few minutes about the importance and value of Leadership Long Beach has within the city.
